●Orders placed after the 15th will have their first delivery around the 20th of the following month.
●Payment method is limited to credit card only (no processing fee).
●Subscription products cannot be purchased together with non-subscription items.
●Member registration is required for purchase. You may register within the shopping cart.
●An order confirmation email will be sent on the 15th of each month, and payment will be automatically charged to your registered credit card.
If a credit card payment error occurs, the order may be shipped via bank transfer or cash on delivery. In such cases, the related fees will be borne by the customer.
●If a product is returned due to customer circumstances and requires reshipment, the return shipping cost as well as the reshipping fee and handling charges will be borne by the customer.

During summer, deliveries to these areas will be shipped via refrigerated service. The first order will be charged at the regular shipping rate; however, during summer, the payment amount will be adjusted prior to delivery.

Can I change the delivery interval?
The currently available subscription course provides delivery once per month only. Weekly or biweekly delivery intervals are not available.
Is it possible to pause or cancel?
You may request a pause or cancellation by phone or email.
What should I do if I want to continue after 36 months?
